Changing Faces (and Names)

Changing Faces (and Names)

We’d love to share some company updates and a few changing faces & names at Elevated Insights – we wouldn’t want you to be confused when the phone is answered by someone you haven’t heard of before.

First, we’re proud to announce that Elevated Insights has been awarded one of Colorado Springs’ Best Workplaces 2018 – for the second year in a row. This award acknowledges social responsibility, benefits, leadership, training, participation and workplace culture. We love our team and appreciate this acknowledgement.

EI is bringing our research skills to employee development via 360 feedback and individualized training programs. Check out the props team members gave each other this Fall in recognizing what makes the Elevated Insights team successful.

Announcing Cailee (Osterman) Schade!

You’ve known our Director of Qualitative Research, Cailee Osterman, since she started at EI nearly seven years ago, but we now call her Cailee Schade. On September 29, Cailee married her best friend, Jake Schade. The theme of the wedding was ‘Finally!’ because Jake and Cailee have been together for nearly forever: they were pals in high school and have been dating since college.

All of us at Elevated Insights are thrilled for Mr. and Mrs. Schade (and are wondering how soon we might have some MORE news about their family to share)!

Welcome Ian McGill

Please join us in welcoming Ian McGill as Recruiting Project Manager. A native of Colorado Springs and a graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (like so many others at EI!), Ian already feels right at home.

Ian comes to us from T. Rowe Price, where he worked most recently in operations, managing 401(k) plans for corporate clients. His project management skills are a great asset to EI, as is his background as a Communication major. Ian works hand-in-hand with our corporate clients, ensuring that all recruits meet the strategic objectives of the project.

We believe Ian’s athletic skills are also a great asset to Elevated Insights – as a college baseball player, he’s sure to help us win the Colorado Springs Park & Co-Ed Rec league championship once again.

Farewell Kaitlyn Adair

Ian arrived just in time to take over for Kaitlyn Adair, who had been with us since some of the early days of EI recruiting. We will miss Kaitlyn’s thorough approach to project management, but are proud to announce that she has joined the United States Army! Kaitlyn will soon begin intensive skill building as a 35M Human Intelligence Collector, starting with basic training at Ft. Sill in Oklahoma. This position will leverage skills Kaitlyn honed in market research, as she will interview, debrief, interrogate and otherwise collect information and insights from the field.

Thank you, Kaitlyn, for your hard work at Elevated Insights, and now for your service to our country!

Team Agile

The theme for 2018 here at EI is ‘Agile,’ as we anticipate and adapt to the ever-changing needs of our clients, the evolving methodologies and technologies in our industry, and changes within our own team here in Colorado Springs. These are exciting times – which we are happy to share with you, our client partners.

Sending all the best from our dynamic team,
