How Elevated Insights is Taking Steps to Solve the Colorado Springs Talent Shortage

In December 2015, Elevated Insights was proud to host the first annual Elevate the Springs Summit. Colorado Springs Mayor John Suthers, City Council, Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance, and local business leaders came together to discuss the sector specific talent shortage that Colorado Springs technology and healthcare organizations are currently facing.

While long term plans are in place to address the talent shortage, the purpose of the Summit was to give local business leaders the opportunity to brainstorm possible short term solutions that would add immediate value to both their organizations as well as the local economy.

Elevated Insights hopes to host the Summit each year, bringing community leaders together to tackle different topics, unique to the Colorado Springs region.
