Christina Hickey
Director of Operations
Prior to becoming part of the Elevated Insights team Christie was the General Manager of a Coffee Shop in Southern Pines. She also brings along a financial background from her time as an Accountant for the Duskin and Stephens Foundation, a military non-for-profit. Christie has always worked for small business, where she enjoyed being able to build lasting relationships with employees and superiors.
Christie just finished her Master of Business Administration though the University of North Carolina at the Pembroke Campus. She is excited about the opportunity to use her new-found knowledge to assist and be a part of the Elevated Insights team.
During her free time, Christie volunteers her time at the VA Clinic teaching trauma sensitive yoga and meditation to veterans and active duty military. http://warriorsatease.org/ team/christie-hickey/
Ellyn Gignilliant
Assistant Research Manager
Ellyn brings a strong financial and military background to her role with Elevated Insights. Her mother and father both served in the Airforce, thus making for a fun and active childhood. Her husband is a Green Beret at the 10th Group Special Forces located at Fort Carson, Colorado Springs. Prior to joining the team with Elevated Insights, Ellyn was a Financial Service Associate at a local bank in Eastern North Carolina for five years while attending night school at her local community college.
Ellyn graduated from University of Colorado in May 2018 with her Bachelors in Strategic Communication with an emphasis in Public Speaking. She is excited to be apart of Elevated Insights and is confident her skills will be an asset to the team.
During her free time, Ellyn hikes and climbs 14ers with her husband and two dogs. She also competes in NPC figure body building in the spring of each year.
