Why do you want my opinion?
Companies and organizations regularly seek opinions about their services or products, and Elevated Insights connects them with the people they want to learn from.
Our job is to learn what you think, feel, do, like, dislike, buy, don’t buy, you name it! When you help us discover how to improve services and products, we share this is with the companies and organizations, so all of our lives can get a little bit better.
There are never right or wrong answers with the questions we ask in group discussions or with surveys – we’re just seeking the truth from you.
What does it mean to “Join the Panel?”
eiAsks™ is Elevated Insights’ panel of people who want to share opinions by participating in surveys and studies. In order to “Join” the panel click the green button to the right, and you will be directed to a short, 5-minute welcome survey. Your response to this survey will allow us to reach out when we have PAID research opportunities for you!
How will I be contacted?
For focus groups and interviews:
If we have a study that we think you may qualify to share your opinions in, we will send you an email asking you to take a brief 5 to 10 minute survey for that specific study. If you do pre-qualify for the study after taking the survey, a member of our Elevated Insights team will call you and ask a few follow up questions over the phone. If you do fully qualify, we will get you booked to participate and earn money!
For quantitative surveys:
If we have a topic that we think you’d like to share opinions on, we will email you a link to a 10-15 minute survey. You can take the survey immediately online or with your mobile device. Once you’ve answered all questions, your participation is complete. You will either earn money upon completion or you’ll be entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win! Either way, you’re being heard and making a difference in your community.

Why is Elevated Insights asking for personal information?
In our surveys, we may ask for some of your personal information – such as your age, ethnicity, or household income – to ensure that we are finding a good mix of people that our clients are hoping to learn from during the research. Don’t worry – your information is secure and completely confidential!
With that being said, Elevated Insights will NEVER ask you for personal information such as credit card, social security or banking account information. If you are being asked to provide this kind of data by anyone saying they are with EI (or any market research company), please report them to the FTC (FTC complaint form and hotline: 877-FTC-HELP (877-382-4357.) You should never share this type of personal information with anyone you are not 100% familiar with.
How did Elevated Insights get my information?
There are two ways that Elevated Insights received your information. It is most likely that you opted to join our panel at some point. On rare occasions, your information may have been provided to use in a custom list provided by our clients or as a referral by a friend or family member.
If you have received an email from us about a survey and would like to “unsubscribe” from our panel, you can do that by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in email you received regarding the survey. Or you can submit a request using the “Contact” tab at the top of this page.
Is my information secure?
Yes, your information is secure and completely confidential. We do not sell or give your information to any third party. Elevated Insights follows ISO 27001 security protocol. All information is stored with Box Drive enterprise product which meets FINRA, GxP, and GDPR regulations; Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit.
Will I get paid?
Yes! All of our research studies are paid; however, the payment method and payment amount vary based on the study. In some cases, your payment may be entry into a sweepstakes where we randomly select winners to receive a larger monetary incentive.
How will I get paid?
You will get paid upon the completion of the study. While the payment method and amount vary based on the study. Elevated Insights will always explain the payment method and amount when you are invited to participate in a study.
For participants of in-person interviews and focus groups, we typically pay with a check or cash. Those who participate in online or telephone studies are emailed an electronic gift-card to a variety of retailers or mailed a personal check.
For our quantitive surveys we typically pay participants through an electronic gift card (typically $5-$25) to a variety of online retailers; however, we sometimes hold a sweepstakes where we randomly select a pre-determined number of winners who each receive an electronic gift card (typically $100-$500).
Where will I go to participate in the research?
Some of our research studies are conducted online and can be completed from the comfort of your own home.
Other studies are conducted in-person. Elevated Insights has partnered with multiple venues across Southern Colorado that we conduct in-person research at, including hotels and co-working spaces.
Don’t worry — if you are selected to participate in a study, we will tell you where to go to participate! If it is online, we will give you directions to login. If it is in person, we will provide you with the physical location of the research, instructions on how to get there, and parking directions.
What are your clients looking for?
We have different clients from all types of companies and industries. The best thing you can do is be honest when answering our surveys. This allows us to help you find studies that you may be a good fit for.
