As the CEO of Elevated Insights, Debbie drives the company’s strategy, culture, and growth while fostering key client partnerships. With over 25 years of marketing research and brand management experience, Debbie is passionate about training and developing research strategists while challenging the status quo to deliver a higher level of insights.

Elevated Insights has received Colorado Springs’ Fastest Growing Company award for the past two years, now providing 360° research solutions with boutique-level service. Prior to founding Elevated Insights, Debbie was trained on the client side, working in both brand management and marketing research for Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo. For the past 20 years, Debbie has independently provided custom research for Fortune 100 companies, helping a variety of brands and companies take smart action based on consumer desires.

In addition to research, Debbie is also passionate about music, dogs, and giving back. She shares knowledge, man-power, and profits through pro-bono research, supporting Colorado Springs area causes, and by leading annual teams of volunteers to make a difference in impoverished villages in Northern Nicaragua.
