We give time, energy, and resources to provide clean water, help address medical issues, and improve education for hurting people in Northern Nicaragua.
Over the years, our company has focused its philanthropic efforts, time, energy, and resources to provide clean water, help address medical issues, and enable more education for hurting people in Northern Nicaragua.
We’ve helped coordinate many teams of volunteers from Colorado Springs and Denver to Northern Nicaragua to help those in need, including teenagers, doctors, nurses, dentists, and a wide range of volunteers.
Along with volunteers, we’ve hand-carried tons of medicine, thousands of pairs of shoes, and have collectively raised significant funds for water improvement efforts. We’ve helped carry out many local events, including “Coffee for a Cause”, had a local school fill nearly 1,000 stockings over the holidays (“St. Nica’s stockings”), hosted Concerts for a Cause and Karaoke for a Cause, sold Nica dinners (Carry Out for a Cause), and held local auctions to help raise money for needed medicine.
While our work in Nicaragua is improving water quality, health, and education for these Nicaraguans, the impact on our team and the local volunteers who serve along-side us is apparent and lasting. Spirit has been restored, perspective gained, marriages strengthened, and passion has been ignited for doing even more good work in the future.
