Debbie Balch
Founder & Managing Principal
Debbie has thoroughly enjoyed turning insights into action over the past three decades. Her career in the insights industry has spanned from working client-side with Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo, independent research consulting/moderation, and building a full-service marketing research team. As a senior strategist with Elevated Insights, Debbie leverages this breadth of experience to help partner clients identify and meet customer needs.
With experience in brand management, corporate insights, and supplier-side research, Debbie brings a holistic perspective of what the users of research need and how to design and execute methodologies that uncover needed insights and move initiatives forward.
Debbie’s favorite aspects of her work include connecting deeply with respondents, the moment of uncovering a linked insight, and seeing the impact of insights in action in the marketplace and in the communities we serve.

Cailee Schade
Managing Principal
Cailee has been with Elevated Insights since 2012 and is one of the firm’s Managing Principals. She has been fortunate to be a part of growing Elevated Insights and is proud of the company it is today. She has experience spanning both qualitative and quantitative methodologies across a wide variety of industries (banking & insurance, CPG, food & beverage, beauty, as well as local companies and nonprofits).
Not only does Cailee possess an innate ability to connect with respondents, both young and old, on a deeper level, she also has the aptitude to conduct and analyze the quantitative side of research. This dynamic skill set enables her to provide well-rounded holistic insights for our partner clients.
Cailee is passionate about going above and beyond what is expected to ensure clients get the answers they need while also making their job easier.

Erin Bradley
Managing Principal
Erin first joined Elevated Insights in 2016 as a Qualitative Assistant Research Manager. Since then, she has honed her qualitative and quantitative research skills, earning the position of a Managing Principal.
In this role, Erin is willing and able to take on all phases of any project. In addition to her experience managing and executing research efforts from start to finish, she is a skilled moderator who has conducted hundreds of online and in-person interviews and usability tests for a variety of local and Fortune 100 clients.
Erin continues to improve EI’s tried and true research thinking with new techniques, technology, and trends, ensuring that EI stays up to date on superior developments within the industry.
